Vivify exists because of one verse. James 2:17. Faith without works is dead.

That word hit differently. Because dead faith isn't just a theological concept — it's a description of how a lot of Christians actually live. Knowing the right things. Saying the right things. Showing up on Sunday. But Monday looks exactly like everyone else's Monday.

This brand is the answer to that.

To vivify something means to bring it to life. To animate it. To make it move. That's exactly what works do for faith — they prove it's alive. They show it. They make it evident.

So we didn't set out to make another Christian clothing brand. We set out to create a reminder — something you could put on in the morning that would follow you through the day. A tagline that says it plainly: Dead faith made alive.

Every piece we design carries meaning. The sunrise on our logo isn't just an image — it's a picture of what happens when faith moves from words into action. Something dormant, coming to life. Something quiet, breaking into light.

We don't exist to sell shirts. We exist to ask one question every time someone puts one on:

What are you doing with what you believe?

No credit needed. No name attached. Just a reminder — stitched into fabric, worn on a chest, carried into the world — that faith was never meant to sit still.

Just as God's Word reveals new truths the more we study it, we hope our designs invite you to slow down, look closer, and reflect on the One who gives life.

THE FOUNDER'S HEART

"Vivify was created based on James 2:17 — a verse I came across one day that made me realize something uncomfortable: my Christian life felt dead. I didn't like that feeling, and I knew I couldn't just sit with it. I wanted to do something. I wanted to display it. I wanted more "works" behind my faith, not just words. That's how Vivify was born. (There's actually a funny story behind that moment — maybe I'll share it one day.)

But this isn't about me. I don't want the credit, and I don't want pride to get in the way. This is about giving God the glory and seeing what He can do with something like Vivify. It was never about being scared to show my faith — far from it. It's about pointing to Him, not myself.

My hope is to help create disciples, not just believers. If someone puts on a Vivify shirt and feels God's presence — even for a moment, even just a "wow, I really needed that today" — or if it nudges someone to stop just believing and start acting on that belief, then it's doing what it was made to do.

So for now, I'll keep building quietly. And when God says it's time, I'll step out."
