Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All Vivify apparel is made to order through print-on-demand production, meaning each item is printed specifically for you after checkout. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopvivify.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happens! Please email us at hello@shopvivify.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we're unable to accommodate cancellations, size changes, or address changes once an order has been submitted. Please double-check your sizing, design, and shipping details before checkout.

How do I know what size to order?

How long does shipping take?
