Production and Shipping:

All Vivify products are made to order through print-on-demand production via Printful. Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Shipping times, rates, and order status are outlined at checkout and in our Refund Policy. Vivify is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our fulfillment partner.

Returns and Refunds:

All sales are final except in cases of damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
