Returns & Refunds Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All Vivify apparel is made to order through print-on-demand production — each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed, which means we're unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges once an order has been submitted.

Please double-check the following before completing your order:

  • Sizing (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)

  • Design and color selection

  • Shipping address accuracy

Damaged or Defective Items

While we don't accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing or personal preference, we do want to make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopvivify.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged/defective item

We'll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we're unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.
